Kathy shared that Matthew submitted his letter of resignation.

Demar cut a check for $48K to KECRC!
Ken Jue is going to check on Kemal and when he plans to submit his formal resignation so that we can accept a new member on the list.
Dani shared that SBW bought 50 gift certificates for the restaurant initiative and to contact her if you're interested in buying any to help some of our local restaurants.
Jay reminded people that the Scholarship committee is accepting nominations and you can find the link on our home page.
Ann Heffernon shared that we lost a 43 volunteer for the Demar who always worked one of the water stations - Gail Coppola.
Alan shared an idea to create a Volunteer of the Year award for Demar in her honor. More to come!

Foundation:
Phil H shared that the Chesterfield Inn got their second PPP Loan and it will be used to pay the hourly staff at the rate they typically would get during their busy times.
Dick shared that when Melissa Stroshine volunteered at Krif road for vaccine distribution, that she called Dick and Marian at the end when they had extras left over and they were able to get their shots. Kerry Kelley did the same. I will send a separate email to the club on information that Kerry would like to share, given all the interest in her news.
Denise shared that her Aunt and Uncle tested positive and were quite ill for a while.
Ken and Carol had a neighbor who did the same for them and they have their first shots.
Mary D shared that she had a milestone birthday and that she and George have decided to both retire in April!! (Phil W might have shared a THUMBS DOWN to this news).
